ESI continues to bring quality training to executive suite centers around the country with enthusiastic results. The most recent surveys from LA praised the "interactive" sessions, that the "speaker was wonderful," and "very knowledgable," and that "audience participation was great," and "when can we do this again?"
As a follow up to the Learn At Lunch programs, which were such a hit last year with the executive suite owners, these sessions are focusing on providing Certification for individuals as well as preparing the Centers to become Certified.
We encourage you to plan to participate. The survey responses and comments touched on every aspect of the program: "I received great feedback which I will try to implement;" "Great topics;" "Very good at getting the group involved;" " enjoyed the group participation;" "I liked hearing/learning about the generational differences." The comments about the presenter were equally favorable: "Wendy did a good job speaking to individual issues;" "Wendy is a good listener & responds appropriately;" "Speaker is well spoken & a great communicator;" "Wendy provided me with info that made me realize shortcomings I can work on;" And of course, also important: "excellent food!"
