ABOUT OUR EDUCATION

The Executive Suite Institute is dedicated to the training and certification of professionals in the Executive Suite/Serviced Offices industry. ESI was created by industry veterans to provide a resource for owners and operators who wish to have high-quality training for their team but may not have the time or funds to offer such training to their staff.

• Online Education Program
Online Certification Education is open to any individual. Once a course is purchased, the student will have 24 hours to view the training module. Once the course is opened for viewing, the student will have only one opportunity to view the course materials, so please allow sufficient time to participate fully in the training module. The course module will remain open for viewing for 30 minutes beyond the stated length of the course time. For example, a 60-minute module will be open for viewing by the participant for 90 minutes. This allows the participant to go through the course material at their own pace and solidify concepts that are not initially clear.

• TESTING
All Testing is offered exclusively online. There is a test for each individual module and a separate, comprehensive test covering each module for the Certification Testing. Applicants must pass each course training module at a minimum score of 75% in order to be accepted for Certification Testing. For an applicant to pass Certification Testing, a minimum score of 75% is required.

Applicants may apply to re-test for any particular module up to 2 times in 12 months. There is a separate charge for each additional re-test.

Applicants may apply to re-test for full Certification up to 2 times in 6 months. There is a separate charge for each Certification Re-Test.

Testing results for individual courses & Certification Testing are made available immediately upon test completion.
