What is an ESI Certification?
ESI Certification distinguishes you, your team and your center as top-rated industry professionals. ESI has determined knowledge requirements for each level of Certification. The Certification process combines the participation in multiple online modules, passing a test for each module, then passing a final, comprehensive test, covering content of all modules taken.
Certification candidates will receive a Certificate corresponding to the level for which they have applied. For example, they will become a Certified Client Support Specialist, Level 1 or a Certified Center Manager.
In addition to individual Certifications, it is also possible for Centers to receive 2-year Certifications - this combines individual certifications with owner and facility certifications. In order to maintain Center Certification, we will offer Continuing Education modules, featuring the newest in best practices for Suite owners.
Online Certification Education is open to any individual meeting the Certification Requirements.
