Client Support Specialist

This is for the entry-level team member who may not have prior office experience. We introduce the concepts of proper business communications, basic sales and customer service principles to help your entry-level team member be more effective within the center.

Client Support Specialist
Level 2: 4 core courses, 1 elective

The Level 2 Certification is designed for the more experienced team member who wants to grow to a Center Manager position. Level 2 covers more sales concepts and introduces billing and collections principles to the mix. Electives target technology or team leadership.

Center Manager:
4 core courses, 2 electives

Appropriate for the new or developing Center Manager. The focus is team leadership, technology, financials, customer services and facilities management. Some courses offered in this level have pre-requisite courses that will enable a more complete understanding of the workings of the industry.

Future Certification Categories will include Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Certified Owner and more.

For General Education:

We offer several courses online as General Education courses.  This includes an "Introduction to the Industry" that is a brief, 15-minute presentation.  We define what the Executive Suite industry is about, its history, and what you may want to know if you wish to enter this exciting, fast-paced and ever-changing industry as an owner or a team member. General Education Courses change frequently and reflect current trends that affect Center Operation.  Topics may include legal issues, technology trends, an innovative marketing tool and topics that impact your team.  General Education courses do not overlap with the Certification path.
